Excellent insight as usual. Traumatic desensitization is my term for what you notice. So much evil exists that many are unfeeling today. The knocks just keep coming. It is evil. It is spiritual warfare. As for Canada, this has been a privileged society sleep walking into annihilation. The rot in Ottawa is a stench that I fail to comprehend how anyone can overlook. Sad.

Jason, you are not out of line on this at all. Those of us who are believers are called to be on our knees exhorting God to intercede on our behalf. We are living in a once beautiful country, still is geographically but I’m not sure where the heart is. As people have turned from God, we’ve been left with a depraved and debauched Liberal leadership that are following the lead of the WEF and not our own citizens.

Thank you for reading/listening. If anything, I hope this lady's gruesome death restores some humanity in NYC.

You are so right that we are desensitized, being endlessly bombarded by new headlines and trending tweets. It's impossible to get complete stories with everything happening everywhere all at once.

People have become tribal and outright hostile against anything that clashes with their own currently held ideas. As connected as we are, we are really more alone than we've ever been. We can bond with stragers online over outrage, but we can't organize with neighbors because every separate issue has become a cult where the wrong word gets you canceled even when you generally agree on the rest.

So keep talking Jason. Most of us can't express our thoughts as well as you. And I enjoy you reading the essays it's nice to listen while my hands are too busy to stop and read something.

Thank you! And I couldn't agree more. The dividing lines have become barriers that are almost impossible for us to overcome now. I truly hope something changes in a not so distant future.
